Hello my name is Helen McClain I live at sycamore Meadows apartments I've been without a furnace for 2 days just so I thought that is more people without furnace longer than that no heat in the middle of winter and they're saying they're waiting on someone to come check out the furnaces but how long does it take for somebody to be reached to come fix the heat we need help out here I can be reached at I live at 8714 MacArthur and I'm already sick with the flu and no heat is like making it worse they did bring a heater that keep on making a fuse pop but we are here struggling I am not the only one who who does not have a furnace out here in sycamore metals apartments we need help out here
