Disability, and mental health as an aspect of disability, is an often neglected part of the diversity, equity and inclusion conversation, even though some day we all may identify that way. Hear from Dr. O, who transformed his experience becoming disabled as a third-year medical student into a career showcasing that disability doesn’t mean inability. He will engage us in a conversation about disabling mental health and how we all can use our influence to create a supportive environment in our personal, academic and professional lives.
