It not only provided essential support but also connected community members and local advocates, who turned out for the program's grand opening. Part of the commitment to supporting homeownership in the community, University Bank, in collaboration with Mortgage division, University Lending Group, is offering a $10,000 grant to eligible homebuyers in Ypsilanti. Ranzini believes in making homeownership more accessible and helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of owning a home.
