UNITED WAY PRESENTS COMMUNITY ROUNDTABLE: INSIDE THE FULFILLMENT CENTER
Discover how thousands of hygiene kits, food boxes, backpacks and more reach local families, plus how to volunteer, request support, and make an impact.
WHAT: A 30-minute virtual townhall offering an inside look at United Way for Southeastern Michigan’s work to address pressing community needs. The “Community Roundtable” series different focus areas from volunteer engagement to advocacy actions. Participants will hear from United Way leaders, partners, and community members, gaining insights into programs, collaborations, and impact happening across our community.

WHY: Thousands of local families rely on essential items assembled and distributed from the fulfillment center from hygiene kits and food boxes to household goods. This behind-the-scenes look highlights how donations, volunteer power, and community collaboration come together to meet urgent needs across our region. Attendees will learn how these efforts ensure families have access to basic necessities and how they can get involved.
