Dear Students

Welcome to Open Enrollment for the Ypsilanti STEM Discovery Program! We are excited to invite you to be part of a dynamic learning community where curiosity, creativity, and innovation come together. Our program offers hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, and math, designed to inspire young minds and prepare them for the future.

Program outline: June/July 

Play with Clay Richard Boehnke

Students are invited to play and create a bust, either real or imaginary, of a figure they feel connected to. Their pieces will contribute to a display so all participants can share their unique approach to the challenge and how they overcame it. At the end of the class, these pieces will be recycled so more hands may explore their curiosity. We invite you to participate by making a piece and sharing your reflection from the experience.
