All educators are welcome to join us for the 2025 Black History Month Educator Workshop! During the workshop, participants will learn about everything the DIA offers teachers and students, experience an Africana field trip, and tour the special exhibition Tiff Massey: 7 Mile + Livernois with DIA Associate Curator of Contemporary Art, Katie Pfohl. Participants will also experience a hands-on activity inspired by the exhibition and replicable in the classroom.

Free State Continuing Education Clock Hours pending approval.

What a beautifully written reflection on an unforgettable performance. You could really feel the emotion and atmosphere of the evening through every paragraph, especially the way the cello performance was described.
