Madalyn Miller is a leader in AlixPartners’ Private Equity Practice with a focus on serving Private Equity clients, their Port Cos, and Corporations across the end-to-end M&A transaction life cycle to help generate timely and differentiated returns from their investments, create competitive advantage, and generate cash to support growth. Madalyn’s primary areas of expertise are pre-investment due diligence, integration planning and execution, end-of-ownership divestitures/carve-outs, and large-scale cost transformations. She serves clients across a wide range of industries, including platform-based technology and business & consumer services.

Lara Nemerov helps private equity clients navigate the full life cycle of value creation programs, including due diligence & assessments, program execution, and strategic M&A support. She has led programs across the full breadth of return-on-invested-capital improvement levers by creating new organizational strategies and operating models. Lara’s clients benefit from her extensive experience in taking a fact-based approach to create visibility and to drive structural changes in large-scale transformation programs. Lara deploys a broad range of skills and expertise, with a focus on technology, media, and telecommunications companies. Lara has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
